"Nivea Nourishing Skin Firming Body Lotion" with "Q10 + Vitamin C" For Dry to Very Dry Skin - Product Review

For approximately a year, I've had blemishes on my legs caused by ingrown hairs and my pores became enlarged. For the past few months, I've been exfoliating with a 100% nylon exfoliating towel, which has worked wonders. However, the dark spots remained. As a result, I became self-conscious and wanted my blemish-free legs back, so I began to  look out for a Vitamin C lotion to fade the dark spots.

The universe answered when Nivea advertised a new product making bold claims, "Firmer skin in as little as 2 weeks." Really? 2 Two Weeks?" I have used their other lotions and they've always been good, so I decided to give their new venture a try.

I purchased a 16.9 fluid ounce bottle and started my 2 week journey to clearer, blemish-free legs. I'll admit, that I left room for disappointment. After all, not everything a products claims to do will necessarily be true. Also, there are more important things that we're all dealing with in the beast of a year, 2020. Additionally, we have more free time for self-care and self reflection, so why not take better care of ourselves?

My review

I have sensitive skin, so I was concerned it might cause a reaction, it did not. I experienced some minor tingling as the formula acquainted itself with my skin, but after a minute or two that sensation dissipated.

I didn't buy this product to firm anything per say, but between me and you,[😶] I have a mild case of inner thigh cellulite. Therefore, I had nothing to lose.

It's been 2 weeks since I began using this product and I can say wholeheartedly that, "The Lie detector determined that, Nivea is telling the Truth!!!!" 😂😂😂

Honestly, I have no reason to lie to you. I purchase all of the products I review and have no affiliation with any of these companies. I enjoy trying new products that cater to my needs and if it meets or exceeds my expectations, I tell a friend. 'Word of mouth' is still essential, even in the social media age.

The results:

  • Inner thigh cellulite - Firmer and barely noticeable.
  • Enlarged pores - smaller and are back to the normal size.
  • Blemishes left from ingrown hairs - they are gone.
  • It's extremely moisturizing. Perfect for dry skin.
  • On a scale for 1 to 10, 10 being the highest ... the fragrance level for this product is a 1. It is very mild. You will smell the light fragrance during the application process but it goes away quickly. The smell is not floral in any way ; I'd say it's a  medicinal scent.
In every way, this product delivered on its claims. I am beyond satisfied and impressed. I think you should try it.

Cheers!
